“Hi my name is Laura and I’m a Registered Veterinary Nurse and the Head Nurse at Pet Wellness Centre. You’ve probably seen my face around as this place is like my second home.

I’ve been nursing since 2016 and am actually trained in wildlife nursing! I made the switch to domestic in 2018 and although I love my feathered and scaley friends I must say my fur babies are my favourite.  The bonds I get to make with your pets holds such a special place in my heart, what can I say I’m addicted. To me this has never been such a job, its my passion and dreams come true. There is no better feeling in the work then looking after your fur babies when they need it to the most. And when they finally get to go home brings the biggest smile to my face. I am grateful every day to work with such an amazing team, as to me they are family.

My purpose when I wake up every day is to make your pets day the best day ever, I thrive to create good memories and bonds that last forever.

In my spare time you’ll usually find me sending time with my two Border Collies Eggy and Padme at the park or the beach. If I’m not with my girls, you’ll probably find me with my nose in a good book or going on camping adventures with my husband (don’t be shy to give camping recommendations).”
